Internal Sales Specialist / Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the contact person for customers and prospective buyers, respond to the incoming requests, and provide qualified advice
  • Do the product selection, prepare quotations, follow up, and process the orders
  • Handle logistics during receipt of goods and distribution to customers, prepare dispatch notes
  • Follow up payments and control stocks
  • Support exhibitions, seminars, and other product promotion activities
  • Carry out research on new potential customers 

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • University degree, preferably in engineering or a business-related field
  • At least two years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
  • Conversant with MS Office applications
  • Preferably experience with ERP / CRM programs
  • Customer-oriented, advanced communication and persuasive skills
  • High flexibility, commitment, resilience, and hands-on approach
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, precise working style
  • Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul
  • No military obligation for male candidates
